Pumpkin Patch

"I am so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers~" Anne of Green Gables
I wonder if these are any good? If you have an answer, be sure to share in the comments!
I haven't tried gluten free, but boy do I love the Trader Joe's Pumpkin bread mix!
Mmmmm, I love mochi ice-cream, and I love pumpkin, so why not pumpkin mochi ice-cream? *sigh* October is here. And Trader Joe's is ready. A couple weeks ago I counted over 40 different pumpkin flavored things~ pumpkin coffee, pumpkin tea, pumpkin cookies, ice-cream, and much more~ Wow, it's almost like Trader Joe's likes pumpkin better than I do!

  3. Pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere... even for breakfast! ;) I heard there is a shortage of pumpkins this year - but you wouldn't guess it, would you?

  5. Hello Maria, congratulations on starting a blog! I am visiting from the link on your mom's blog. Thanks for counting the pumpkin items at Trader Joe's; just the other day I happened to be at a TJ's and couldn't help noticing pumpkin, pumpkin everywhere, Saw that mochi ice cream and very nearly bought some. 40 at least - amazing how versatile the humble pumpkin is, that it can be used in so many different kinds of food. Speaking of that, the cake you and your brother made does look delicious, and I'm pretty sure it must be (or must have been; it's probably all gone by now!) because there is hardly any left on the cake plate.

Well, do enjoy your writing here at In the Bird House. I think you've made a very good beginning.

Sara, a blogging acquaintance of your Mom's.
